D-Marin opens Marina Livorno's Mediceo pontoon to yachts up to 80 metres
D-Marin said on 30 September that Marina Livorno in Tuscany now takes superyachts at its Mediceo pontoon, which can handle vessels up to 80 metres. The completed first phase also offers 150 berths for boats up to 14 metres, next to more than 400 berths in the inner basin.
The first large yachts are due to take their berths by the end of 2026, and the whole project is to be finished by the end of 2027. D-Marin has gone from one Italian marina in 2023 to eight, and now operates 28 marinas in nine countries.
Livorno sits beside Tuscan shipyards and refit yards, so the extra berths are handy for owners planning winter work or a Tyrrhenian stopover.
